Baked Tilapia with Mango Salsa

Baked Tilapia with Mango Salsa


4 Tilapia Fillets
Lawry’s, Black Pepper
4 pats of butter
Preheat oven to 375
Season fish lightly with Lawry’s and Black Pepper
Place 4 pats of butter on top of each fillet
Bake in oven for 10-15 mins

Salsa:
1 diced mango
½ red onion chopped fine
1 jalapeno (no seeds or ribs)
                                                                                     1 small diced cucumber
                                                                                     2 Tablespoons of fresh chopped cilantro
                                                                                     2 Tablespoons of lime lime juice
                                                                                     Salt +Pepper to taste
                                                                                   Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
                                                                                   Serve with Baked Tilapia

This sounds deelish! I did something similar but I pan-seared my tilapia using my trusty cast-iron skillet and olive oil. It was really good, too - but I will definitely try this next time!
