My awesome, loving, and daring cousin allowed me to snap shots of her beautiful children in their home yesterday, and I had a blast!!

The HIV/AIDS epidemic in Black America is a continuing public health crisis for the United States. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, at the end of 2006, there were an estimated 1.1 million people living with HIV infection, of which almost half (46%) were Black.
National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, February 7th of every year, is a national HIV testing and treatment community mobilization initiative targeted at Blacks in the United States.
There are four specific focal points: education, testing, involvement, and treatment. Educationally, the focus is to get Blacks educated on the basics of HIV/AIDS in their local communities.
One isn't necessarily born with courage, but one is born with potential. Without courage, we cannot practice any other virtue with consistency. We can't be kind, true, merciful, generous, or honest.
